### ROLE DETAILS:

- #### Job Summary
  
  Elevate Agency is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Social Media Publishing Coordinator to join our team.
  
  This role involves coordinating and executing innovative marketing strategies and managing social media platforms for multiple clients to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  
  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, customer engagement apps, content creation, and social media management, with a proven track record of effectively implementing campaigns and increasing audience engagement.
- #### Key Responsibilities
  
  • Coordinate, lead, and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
  
  • Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across various social media channels and outbound marketing.
  
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns and outbound marketing initiatives.
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to ensure cohesive brand messaging and marketing alignment.
  
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance analysis.
  
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep marketing strategies current and effective.
  
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and media partners to enhance brand presence.
- #### Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and social media management.
  
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
  • Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and strategy development.
  
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
