### ROLE DETAILS:

- #### Job Summary
  
  As the E-commerce Fulfillment and Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee the fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, customer service, and shipping.
  
  You will collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
- #### Key Responsibilities
  
  • Manage order processing from receipt to shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  
  • Coordinate inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and organization.
  
  • Collaborate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  
  • Monitor fulfillment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  
  • Address customer inquiries related to order status and fulfillment issues.
  
  • Organize and stage merchandise to be used on artist touring events.
- #### Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations.
  
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
  
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
