## CREATIVE MERCHANDISE DESIGNER

### ROLE DETAILS:

- #### Job Summary
  
  As a Creative Merchandise Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating unique merchandise designs for music and sports brands.
  
  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that each product captures the essence of the brand and appeals to our target audience.
- #### Key Responsibilities
  
  • Develop original and compelling designs for apparel, accessories, and promotional items  
  related to music and sports.
  
  • Research current trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform design  
  decisions.
  
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align designs with  
  brand strategies and campaign goals.
  
  • Create mock-ups and prototypes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine  
  designs.
  
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are produced within budget and  
  timelines.
  
  • Stay updated on industry trends and cultural movements that can inspire new  
  merchandise concepts.
- #### Qualifications
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
  
  • 3+ years of experience in merchandise design, preferably in music, sports, or related industries.
  
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and a keen understanding of brand identity.
  
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiar with production processes.
  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  • Passion for music and sports, with a deep understanding of fan culture.
